Jeremiah 20:17-18

¹⁷ because he did not kill me from the womb,
    so that my mother might have been my grave,
    and her womb be always pregnant.
¹⁸ Why did I come forth from the womb
    to see trouble and sorrow,
    so that my days are spent in shame?
